Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as items are reserved specifically for you.

If your pre-order item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
