Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including PO Boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rich Soul is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders $75 and over — no code needed, automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping

We are not currently shipping internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rich Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or your building's mail area
• Contacting your local post office
• Filing a claim with the carrier

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rich Soul is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@richsoul.co with ADDRESS CORRECTION in the subject line.
